Our team will assist you to pick up your exchange and deliver your new product.

When will I receive my refund?

Once we have received your return shipment in our warehouse, we will send you an email confirming receipt of the package. We will refund the value of your returned items within 30 days of receiving the return package.

I used my Guest Order Id to log in, that wasn't accepted. I also tried o change my password but could not go through with that. Why?

In order to log in, you have to register on the playR website and become a user. Create your account by going to https://www.playR.co.in/account/register

Use the same email id that you entered when placing your order at the playR store. Once you create an account you will be able to log in and view all relevant information about your past order(s).
